ACKNOWLSEGEMENT
OF RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR will be on a whole school, classroom and/or
individual basis.
This may
include:-
Stickers, stamps, certificates, verbal encouragement, smiles, handshakes,
acknowledgment in school/class newsletters, school pin-up board, recognition
at assemblies, free choice activities and recognition from other staff
members, students and parents.
THE RESPONSE

Dependent on the developmental stage of the student and the frequency
and severity of the behaviour.

Behaviour is on-going or severe:- a system level response may involve
referral to regional support services, eg student attendance counsellor,
or interagency referral manager.
