Bus Information

  • Coonalpyn Primary School has 2 bus runs that bring students to and from school.
  • One Bus run is called the 'Cold and Wet Rd' Run, bringing students from one side of town. The other is called the 'Livingstone Route' which also connects with a high school bus.
  • Students eligible for free bus transport to and from our school must reside at least 5 km from the school and be able to get to one of the appointed stops on either the Livingstone or Cold and Wet routes.
  • Once students are of high school age, they can access a bus that travels to Coomandook Area School free of charge. That bus leaves from the front of our school.
  • The Cold and Wet Bus arrives at school at 8.20 am every weekday morning. At this time, there is a teacher on duty. This bus leaves the school at 4pm to take students home.
  • The Livingstone Route bus arrives at school by approx. 8.40am, and leaves at approx. 3.30pm after school.
  • After school, bus students are supervised in the library where they can read, watch a G-rated movie, talk with one another or draw/work.
  • For further information, please contact school administration.
